Career and leadership coaching for senior managers, directors and executives.
Most senior professionals work in their career every day and on it only when something goes wrong. A reorganisation, a missed promotion, a recruiter call they weren't ready for. By then the options are narrower and the decisions are rushed.
Executive Coaching changes that. You have a regular, confidential conversation with an experienced advisor who knows your situation, your goals and your history, so every session starts where the last one finished rather than from scratch. Some months it's strategy. Some months it's a hard conversation you need to prepare for. Often it's the quiet, steady work that makes the next move easier when it comes.
Much of the executive coaching market is arranged and paid for by employers, and follows the employer's agenda. This works on yours.
Our approach comes from both sides of the table. Ian Christie, our founder, ran more than 200 executive searches and led product management at Monster.com before building The Bold Career Project. Our team has guided more than 3,000 career moves since.
What we can work on
Career strategy: where you're heading, what the next level requires, and whether your current role is building toward it
Leading at the next level: scope, influence, executive presence, and doing work that shows you're ready for the level you're aiming at
Your first 90 days: settling into a new role, building the right relationships early, and avoiding the mistakes that are hard to undo
Visibility and relationships: how you're seen, who knows your work, and who speaks for you when you're not in the room
Key moments: a promotion conversation, a reorganisation, an offer, a difficult stakeholder, a decision you need to think through
Career capital: the habits, relationships and track record that keep your options open before you need them
Choose your frequency
Quarterly: a 90-minute Quarterly Career Review every three months. Take stock, reset priorities and plan the next quarter. Best if you're settled in your role and want to keep your career on purpose rather than on autopilot. 12-month commitment.
Monthly: one 60-minute session a month. Steady momentum and a regular sounding board. Best for ongoing work on leadership, visibility or a move that's a few months out.
Bi-weekly: two 60-minute sessions a month. Closer support when the stakes are higher: a new role, a promotion in play, or a period of significant change.
Choose your commitment (Monthly and Bi-weekly)
Six months: our lower rate. Six months is long enough to see real change, and at the end your coaching simply continues month to month until you decide to stop.
Month to month: a slightly higher rate, with the freedom to stop at any time.
Every plan includes
One to one sessions by video with your coach
Short questions between sessions by message, answered within two business days (Monthly and Bi-weekly)
Access to our career platform, tools and resources
A coach who knows your situation and your goals
Founding rate. Our member platform is growing, and we've priced Executive Coaching to reflect where it is today. Join before [month, year] and your founding rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
A good fit if you're a senior manager, director or executive who wants a thoughtful outside view on a regular basis, and you're willing to do the work between sessions. If you're facing a specific project with a deadline, such as a job search or an interview process, a Sprint may suit you better.
Here is what we control and what we don't. We can't control promotions, hiring decisions or your organisation's choices. We can make sure you approach them with a clear strategy, a prepared mind and someone in your corner.
Details: All sessions one to one, by video. Entirely confidential. Sessions are used within the month; one missed session can move to the following month. Six-month and 12-month commitments are billed monthly. Your employer can be invoiced directly if they're funding your development.
