Who is Ian Christie?

I’m Ian Christie, founder of The Bold Career Project. With over 20 years of experience as an executive career coach, former executive recruiter, and hiring manager, I bring a deep understanding of career advancement and job search. My passion is helping professionals like you unlock their potential and achieve career success.

What makes your career coaching different from others?

The catalyst for founding Bold Career was a realization when I was an executive search consultant that talented, high-impact executives were leading sub-optimal careers because of a "personal marketing gap". Over the years, Bold Career has evolved to be your product manager, marketing manager, and coach. I take a tailored approach, combining practical strategies with coaching to help you achieve your unique career goals. My programs are designed specifically for senior managers and executives, with a focus on tangible results like landing a next-level role, mastering interviews, or advancing your career trajectory.

I work with ambitious senior managers and executives and professionals who are ready to make their next career move, land high-impact roles, or strategically grow their careers. Do you offer a free consultation to discuss my career goals?

Yes! We offer a free 20-minute Strategy Session to understand your needs, brainstorm a plan and recommend the best program for you.

How much do your programs cost?

Prices vary by program. We will provide full details during your Strategy Session so you can choose the option that fits your needs and budget.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Flexible payment plans are available to make coaching accessible for all clients.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund up to and including the (first) consultation. We do not offer refunds after that point. I’m committed to ensuring you receive value from our sessions. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work together to address your concerns.

Can I get references or testimonials from past clients?
