Career Advancement Session (90-min)

The room where they decide about you is not the room where they watch you work. Most capable people assume good work speaks for itself. For years it did. Then the rules changed, and nobody sent a memo.

At senior levels, advancement runs on more than performance. It depends on whether your work is evidence for the level you're aiming at, whether the right people know about it, and whether someone speaks up for you when the decision is made. This session looks at your career as your leadership and the market see it, finds where your advancement is getting stuck, and gives you the moves to make first.

If a promotion is in play, we focus on the decision. Who makes it, what they need to see, when it gets made, and how to build a clear case for your readiness before the conversation happens, not during it. Most promotion cases are made too late, by people who assumed their manager was making it for them.

If you're building toward the next level, with no decision on the calendar yet, we look at your scope, your visibility and your relationships, and find the gaps between how you're seen now and how you need to be seen.

If you have a specific concern, such as a LinkedIn profile that undersells you, a reputation that's narrower than your experience, or a network that's gone quiet, we focus the session there and give you a direct, expert answer.
