Career Clarity Session (90-min)
For the accomplished senior professional who isn't sure what's next. You don't have too many options. You have no filter.
From the outside, your career looks fine. Probably better than fine. From the inside you've been turning the same question over for months: stay, move, change direction or do something else entirely. Every option has a case for it, which is exactly why none of them gets chosen.
The problem usually isn't a lack of options. It's the lack of a way to judge them. This session gives you one. We look at what you're genuinely good at, what you want the next stage of your career to give you and what you're no longer willing to trade for it. Then we test your options against that and narrow the field.
It's strategic counsel, not a personality quiz or a pep talk. Our method was developed over more than 3,000 career moves and draws on Ian Christie's years directing graduate career programs at UBC Sauder and running executive searches.

Details: 90 minutes, one to one, by video. Entirely confidential. If you continue into a Career Clarity Roadmap or Sprint within 14 days, the full session fee counts toward it.
