When it comes to executives, managers and other senior professionals making proactive career development progress, what I see over and over is that work and life gets in the way of making consistent, intentional and proactive progress. So, the default becomes responding to the crisis.
With that in mind, I’m shaping an annual program to provide structure, accountability and network to help you make progress on your career and life goals. I need your help. I’d like to hear from you…what is important to you, where do you struggle, and would this be of interest.
